Kirlin Mechanical Services, LLC is a diversified contracting organization which offers a wide range of essential plumbing and mechanical services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Our clients include commercial buildings, government agencies, research facilities and educational institutions. Kirlin Mechanical Services, LLC offers operation and maintenance services for plumbing and mechanical systems.  We also provide renovation for mechanical systems.  

KMS is currently seeking a Passion Driven Director of Service Operations to oversee all functions of KMS across all divisions and expanded territories.  The KMS Family needs someone who has the fire and drive to take on an evolving and growing organization, sees all challenges as opportunities, Sales Savvy, strong Business Acumen, experience with Financial Reporting, P&L, etc., who is hungry to take KMS and grow. This position will report to the Executive Vice President



  • Executes the service and special projects business including profitability and productivity for assigned teams. Develops and implements operations plans and organization structure for assigned teams. Ensures overall operational excellence, customer satisfaction and business growth.

    • Performs other duties as related to customer satisfaction, deployment of strategic initiatives to teams, development and maintenance of team business plans and account management of service customers.


    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience. Masters degree preferred. A minimum of eight years of progressive sales and / or operational experience in contracting and services business. Three years of experience in management role with responsibility for the productivity and development of others. Green Belt level in Six Sigma desired. Must have the ability to interact effectively with employees and customers in difficult situations. Able to travel at least 50% of the time.
